Four of our Tugu Hotels in Malang, Bali, Lombok and Blitar have won the Trip Advisor Certificate Of Excellence 2015, two of them; Hotel Tugu Lombok and Hotel Tugu Malang has been awarded for Hall Of Fame, which has earned a Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years ( 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015).
Tugu Dining Jakarta follows this success by winning the Trip Advisor Certificate Of Excellence 2015 for Dapur Babah, Lara Djonggrang and Tugu Kunstkring Paleis.
Dapur Babah: It would be impossible to write about dining in Jakarta without including Dapur Babah. Located inside the historically stately Kunstkring — one of Jakarta’s most lovingly preserved pieces of architecture — dining at Dapur Babah is a trip into a dimly remembered time in the life of a city we call home.
Lara Djonggrang: Named after the heroine in a Javanese legend, Lara Djonggrang is famous for the historical antiques. As you enter, it’s easy to think you’ve stumbled across some lost temple. Vibrant decor combines eclectic Indonesian tribal artifacts will leave you in awe. The restaurant serves authentic Indonesian cuisine, based on royal journeys made by King Hayam Wuruk who rules the Majapahit in the 14th century. Dine here and you’ll feel like a Raja with a glass of wine in one hand, while learning about ancient Indonesia’s history in this enchanting place.
Tugu Kunstkring Paleis: The grand historical building originally housed the Fine Arts Circle of the Dutch East Indies (Nederlandsch-Indische Kunstkring of the Dutch East Indies) and was opened on the 17 April 1914 as Bataviasche Kunstkring. Now under the management of Tuguhotels Group and Restaurants, as a place of culinary delights, art space and gallery.
