We had the honor of spending a most magical, exclusive evening as Adam Gjorgy enchanted all his spectators at Tugu Kunstkring Paleis this month. Tugu Kunstkring Paleis held a piano charity concert with Adam Gyorgy.

Years ago, Adam Gyorgy began his career as “The Unknown Pianist” in his home country of Hungary. By today over 300 million people know his name around the globe.

This is the number of spectators who saw him playing Chopin in Poland, during the opening the UEFA European Football Championship with a live global TV broadcast. Never wanting to stick within the rigid borders of classical and other genres of music, this talented pianist has had many opportunities to experiment and improvise on major world stages such as Carnegie Hall in New York.

Barely passed the age of 30, Adam has already started to give back to society by inviting talented but not-so-fortunate piano students to Europe to further develop and polish their natural musical skills. By creating access to world-class piano education, he and his ring of supportive friends have been highly instrumental in helping young piano students reach their potentials in the Castle Academy, supported from Adam Gyorgy’s Foundation.

In order to support Adam Gyorgy’s determination of helping talented children from underprivileged backgrounds reach their dreams, Tugu Kunstkring Paleis has held a piano charity concert with Adam Gyorgy on Wednesday, 16 October 2013, limited to only 100 people.

The charity Piano concert with Adam Gyorgy collecting a sum of Rp 138.077.759,-, has been donated to The Castle Academy.
