creating happiness – art therapy workshop

Beginning in August 2013, Tugu Kunstkring Paleis will start an exciting new tradition to be enjoyed by all those who have come to discover how special this historic building and its mission truly are. In collaboration with well known and highly acclaimed Dr. Monty P. Satiadarma, Senior Psychologist and Ms. Angela Astri Soemantri, Educational Psychologist, Tugu Kunstkring Paleis is planning a monthly series of therapeutic sessions designed to boost creativity, strengthen communication skills and stimulate each individual’s power to heal. Each workshop will run for an entire day (always on Saturdays) starting from 8.30 AM until 4.00 PM, and is limited to a maximum of 20 participants. First come will be first served, so please take advantage of this unique opportunity and book your space TODAY. Each month the workshop topics will be different, but each session is, in fact, focusing on the same very simple goal…… how to develop straightforward ways to empower oneself, unleash one’s inner potential and how to create personal happiness. The topics for each month beginning in August until December 2013 are as follows :

Take Control of Your Life!

Participants will learn the benefit of being independently creative and how to develop personal ingenuity to solve day-to-day challenges. Participants will be taught how to courageously express thoughts and ideas by visualizing them in art and allowing one’s conscious and unconscious realities to bridge, permitting the mind and the body to integrate in various forms of visual expression and learn how to experience joy from the overall process. This is something very simple and basic that all humans are looking for, but many people do not know how to achieve. Happiness will improve the quality of your life and will re-charge your senses with an overall feeling of improved health and vitality. Highly trained and seasoned professionals will lead the way and show you how to attain your personal best!
