Melati Restaurant

Melati Restaurant offers a nostalgic Malang atmosphere with features reminiscent of old China. The menu features Indonesian homecooking recipes, as well as a Chinese Peranakan selection. With its complete breakfast bread menu all baked fresh every day, Melati Restaurant is also a favorite spot for breakfast and brunch. It’s open 24 hours all day.

Stop for breakfast. It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing smoothie bowl, pastries and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

I stayed here with my partner in April 2022. It was awesome. The hotel is super traditional, the staff are wonderful, the rooms are huge, the rooms are cleaned 3 times a day, breakfast is included and you get heaps (2 food options and 2 drink options), you can choose to eat breakfast wherever you want (my fav was at the top level – where you can sit and watch the surfers). The location is awesome – 500m to the ocean and lots of the famous beach clubs. I was really impressed with this place. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Most amazing restaurant we ever EVER went to! It’s more then just a restaurant visit! Its an experience in itself! It was not touristy at all and we felt like being in a museum and in an art festival at once – but actually it’s just the most impressive restaurant with amazing food! Everyone who is missing out on that place is missing out on something in their life!
