This breezy and beautiful rooftop spot is crammed full of cultural flourishes, colourful design touches, and of course, some of the best Japanese fusion food on the island. Try the signature Dragon of Ji sushi roll (a chopstick treat of crispy ebi tempura, slick avocado slices and a creamy, slightly spicy sauce) and the beautifully seared Tuna Tataki.
